Bell Witch: The Movie is a family-friendly supernatural drama based on the legendary haunting of the Bell family in Adams, Tennessee. Shane Marr CO-WROTE, DIRECTED, PRODUCED, and EDITED the film. It was shot on Sony’s F900 digital cinema camera — the same system George Lucas used for Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones — and is the first HD feature filmed in Tennessee. Marr also PRODUCED the 19-song soundtrack in five days and DIRECTED the premiere concert at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. Marr describes the film as “Little House on the Prairie meets Poltergeist.”
